Friends of Coleman-Leigh-Warren Cemetery

Friends of Coleman-Leigh-Warren Cemetery Inc. (FCLWC) is a
Domestic Non-Profit Corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the State
of Georgia on 06/20/2006 by the filing of articles of incorporation in the Office
of the Secretary of State and by the paying of fees provided by Title 14 of the
Official Code of Georgia Annotated.

Friends of Coleman-Leigh-Warren Cemetery Inc. was formed for the purpose
of restoring, preserving and maintaining the historic Coleman-Leigh-Warren
cemetery (a.k.a. Bedford or Warren Cemetery) in Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia. An organizational meeting was held in Augusta, Ga on Thursday,
Dec. 8, 2005. You are invited to read a summary of that meeting.

Supporters come primarily from the Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia area.
However, support also reaches from the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta area,
Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
